MOG'S FLATBREAD
In a medium bowl, mix half a measure - or a bit more - of white breadflour with half a measure - or a bit less - of wholemeal flour. One third of a cup of each makes two large flatbreads. Add a sprinkle of salt and a dollop of oil (the mixture shouldn't be too oily).Now add enough water to make dough.
Roll out thin on a lightly floured board.
Fry in a hot, dry frying pan; serve with butter.
