NIGELLA'S CHOCOLATE SAUCE
200g dark chocolate (a bar is usually 100g)120ml coffee (can use 1tsp instant coffee in 120ml water)
90g caster sugar
120ml double cream
Break the chocolate into small pieces. Place in a thick-bottomed pan and melt over a low heat, adding the sugar and coffee. Then pour in the cream, stirring all the while. That's it. Done.
